Reduce Reuse Recycle
Waste reduction week is intended to encourage individuals, schools, businesses and governments to look at their consumption habits and boost their efforts to reduce, reuse and recycle.
In Slave Lake, more and more households are taking advantage of the recycling program and prefer to have a facility that is easily accessible . The recycling drop off is located at the Arctic Ice Center, south of the curling rink on 6th avenue.
