Get fit on your lunch hour! Tasha Albert is offering free aerobics for Slave Lake and area starting February 23 at Northern Lakes College gym.
This hybrid class will incorporate a variety of cardio, sculpting and resistance. Great class for anyone looking for a fitness power hour.
Those who are just introducing themselves to a fitness program will enjoy the basic moves. Intermediate fitness levels can challenge themselves by increasing intensity and following the modifications. Each class will provide a bit of a different format to keep it interesting and to ensure all over body conditioning.
This is a six week program starting February 23 with classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10 p.m to 12:50 p.m.
