By popular demand more ‘Boot Camp’ classes added
The second session for ‘Body Sculpt Boot Camp’ classes will start Monday, April 20 and due to popular demand extra classes have been added.
The 7:00 p.m class is already full. “It filled up right away,” said Michelle Morrison, Program Coordinator with the Town of Slave Lake, “so we had to keep adding more classes to accommodate everyone.”
You can still register for the 8:00 p.m. class and Michelle says you can call the town at 780 849- 8014 to secure your spot.
The ‘Body Sculpt Boot Camp’ classes are for anyone who is interested in increasing their fitness level, beginner to advanced. “This is a results oriented class, said Tasha Albert, Fitness Instructor, “and you will see a noticeable improvement in your fitness level.”
The classes are designed to provide modifications for beginners and increased levels of difficulty for those wishing to challenge and push themselves.
Classes are open to men and women of all fitness levels aged 16 and up.
Notice: The Classes for Wednesday, April 22 have been moved to Thursday, April 23 and please observe the following time changes for this night only.
6 p.m class will be at 7:30 Both the 7 p.m and 8 p.m classes will be at 8:30
