Northern Lakes College Courses for July
Northern Lakes College is offering a variety of courses for July in Slave Lake, Wabasca and High Prairie. See NLC Workforce Development in the Directory on myslavelake.com to view course details.
Heart Saver Level C for the Health Care Provider is being offered in Slave Lake Friday, July 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This course is for individuals who are working or plan to be working in the Health Care field and require the Health Care Provider level of CPR. The course includes all CPR skills plus advanced skills such as artificial respiration and use of bag valve masks and AEDs. Cost is $139 plus GST.
Safety Courses offered for July include H2S Alive, Standard First Aid-CPR (Level C), TDG – Clear Language and WHMIS.
Other courses include Driver Training offered in Slave Lake July 18-19, 2009.
For Computer Courses, you can upgrade your computer skills using Interactive Online Computer Training. With Education 2GO you can now take any one of more than 300 online classes from your home computer.
