Slave Lake & District Chamber of Commerce PASSPORT TO CHRISTMAS Contest : Gerry McLaren is the Grand Prize Winner of $1,350.00 Slave Lake bucks. Winners of the $100.00 weekly draws: Carol Ann Auger, Hughena Flin, Paul Meneen and Shawn Broad.

Tuesday, Dec. 29 is the draw date for the Rotary Club’s cash raffle. The draw for a 1st Prize of $10,000 will be made at 10:00 am at Boston Pizza. 2nd Prize is $1,000 and 3rd is $500.00. All proceeds from the raffle will go towards community projects.

Holiday Schedule for garbage pickup: If Friday Jan. 1 is your regular pickup day, your holiday garbage pickup will Thursday, Dec. 31.

The Northern Lights Aquatic Centre schedule for the Christmas Holiday Season Dec. 20 – Jan 2 can be found in the POOL CALENDAR.

The Aquatic Centre will be be closed from Thursday, Dec. 24 to Sunday, Dec. 27 and New Years Day, Friday, Jan. 1. See the POOL CALENDAR for public and family swim times, and other scheduled activities.
