- Attendance is by invitation only – Please Present Tickets at the Door
- Rehearsal: August 4, 7:00 p.m. at The Gathering Place.
- Banquet: August 6, 6:00 p.m. at the Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre.
- Dance: August 6, 8:00 – 12:00 p.m. Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre
