Impaired driving charges are a common theme in the weekly Slave Lake R.C.M.P. press releases. The weekend of November 14th, police stopped a vehicle driving erratically on 2nd Ave. NW. The male attempted to escape but was quickly apprehended by police. A resulting investigation led police to believe the man was impaired.
