This year's theme is Quitting is Contagious, Pass It On. This research highlights the powerful role that social networks play in smoking behaviours and decisions.
This initiative by the Canadian Council for Tobacco Control has been observed for more than 30 years. It is one of the longest running events in Canada's ongoing public health education efforts.
