A One Day Get Active Workshop For Teenage Girls Are you a girl between the ages of 12 and 15 and interested in becoming more active? Then this program is for you.
Designed to encourage and support teen girls in choosing an active, healthy lifestyle. See and try a variety of physical activities and sports and access resources. Girls will also attend sessions on nutrition, body image, and wellness information.

BABYSITTER'S SAFETY PROGRAM
Students must be 12 years of age upon course completion. This program prepares students to perform competently in guarding the health & safety of children placed in their charge and gives the students both the knowledge and the assurance necessary to care for young children.
Topics covered: Role of the Babysitter, Caring for Children, Positive Behaviour Management, Home & Outdoor Safety, Injury Prevention, First-Aid & Fire Safety and Child Development.

POSSESSION ACQUISITION LICENSE
Firearms Safety. anyone who wishes to acquire firearms in Canada must first pass the Canadian Firearms Safety Course exam in order to apply for their Possession & Acquisition License (PAL).
This course will help those who have never handled guns gain a good understanding of the subject. Students who have experience find the course to be a great refresher & excellent preparation for the exam at the end of the course.
